Job description

Prestige Car Wash & Gas is seeking a creative, organized, and execution-focused Social Media & Content Specialist with advanced expertise in AI-powered content creation and marketing to support a growing multi-location company.
AI expertise is a key requirement for this position. We are not looking for someone who is beginning to learn how to use AI tools. We are looking for someone who already actively uses AI as part of their marketing and creative process and can bring new knowledge, tools, techniques, and ideas to our marketing department.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in using AI for creative ideation, visual content generation, image and video creation, copywriting, campaign development, content repurposing, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and marketing efficiency. This person should be confident experimenting with emerging AI platforms, identifying new ways to apply them to our brand, and helping educate the marketing team on how to use AI more effectively.
We want this individual to become an internal AI resource for the marketing department-someone who doesn't simply use AI to complete assignments, but who can show us what is possible, recommend new tools and workflows, and continually bring forward creative ways AI can improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of our marketing.
Beyond AI, this is a highly hands-on creative role centered on planning, creating, publishing, and improving photos, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and social campaigns. The specialist will also repurpose content for email, SMS, blogs, and website updates as needed.
This person will report to the Marketing Manager and manage content projects from concept through execution. The role may require occasional evening and weekend support for content capture, grand openings, community events, and time-sensitive campaigns.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and maintain the social media content calendar around promotions, seasonal campaigns, company announcements, grand openings, and community initiatives.
  • Create, film, edit, and publish photos, graphics, captions, Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content.
  • Use advanced AI tools throughout the creative process to develop original concepts, generate and enhance visual assets, create and edit content, develop copy, repurpose content, and improve campaign execution.
  • Research and test emerging AI marketing and creative tools and proactively recommend new platforms, workflows, and applications that could benefit the Prestige brand.
  • Help develop AI-supported marketing workflows and share knowledge, techniques, and best practices with the Marketing Manager and marketing team.
  • Use strong prompt-engineering skills to consistently produce high-quality, brand-appropriate creative and marketing outputs.
  • Appear in photo and video content as needed and help represent Prestige as an on-camera face of the brand.
  • Capture content at car wash locations, events, sponsorships, and community activities.
  • Monitor trends, brand mentions, comments, and customer engagement to identify timely content opportunities and support responsive communication.
  • Develop social-first campaign concepts that make promotions clear, engaging, and easy to understand.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistent brand voice, visual quality, and messaging.
  • Review content performance and use engagement insights to strengthen future creative decisions.
  • Repurpose content for email, SMS, blogs, landing pages, and website updates when needed.
  • Manage multiple content projects, approvals, and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated advanced experience using AI-powered tools for marketing and creative content production.
  • Strong prompt-engineering skills with the ability to move beyond basic prompting and use AI strategically throughout the creative and marketing process.
  • Ability to demonstrate specific examples of how AI has been used to create or improve marketing content, visuals, video, campaigns, workflows, or efficiencies.
  • Strong knowledge of current AI creative and marketing capabilities, with an interest in continually testing and learning emerging technology.
  • Ability and confidence to introduce new AI tools, techniques, and workflows to the marketing team and help others understand how to use them effectively.
  • Prior experience creating social media and digital content for a business, brand, organization, or agency.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating social media, graphic design, photography, short-form video content, and/or AI-assisted creative work.
  • Experience filming and editing vertical video for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, promotional copy, emails, SMS messages, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Comfort appearing on camera and directing others during photo or video content creation.
  • Strong design instincts and experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, major social platforms, and common video editing tools.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, WordPress, and basic HTML is preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, initiative, and ability to adapt to changing priorities while following projects through completion.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings both creativity and technical curiosity to marketing. You should be someone who sees AI as much more than a writing assistant-you understand how rapidly these tools are changing content creation and are excited about finding practical ways to use them across social media, video, imagery, campaigns, and the broader Prestige brand.
We expect the person hired into this role to bring AI knowledge into the department, not wait for the department to teach it to them.
You should be equally comfortable experimenting with a new AI creative tool, filming a Reel at one of our locations, designing a campaign concept, writing a caption, reviewing engagement results, and turning an idea into finished content.
If you're someone who is constantly discovering new creative tools, testing new ways to produce content, and thinking, 'We could use AI to do this better,' this is the type of mindset we're looking for.
