Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that strengthen the Makers Air brand, drive charter revenue, and enhance customer engagement across all channels. This role oversees brand positioning, digital presence, campaign performance, and market analytics to support both passenger charter services and corporate partnerships. 


The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with business growth goals and the company's premium customer experience standards. 

FLSA: Exempt- Full-Time 

Work schedule: In Office 

Location: Onsite, Fort Lauderdale, FL

Report to: Makers GM 


Key Responsibilities 


Brand Strategy & Campaign Management 

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives 
  • Maintain and protect the Makers Air brand identity across all channels 
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns for: 
  • Charter services 
  • Corporate travel programs 
  • Seasonal destinations and routes 
  • Promotional offers and partnerships 
  • Evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights 
  • Manage website content, SEO, and user experience optimization 
  • Oversee paid advertising (Google, Meta, retargeting, and travel platforms) 
  • Develop and execute social media strategy focused on engagement and brand storytelling 
  • Coordinate content calendar including photo, video, and destination storytelling 
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation management 
  • Conduct competitive analysis within the charter aviation and luxury travel market 
  • Track KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, and engagement metrics 
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership 
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments 
  • Partner with Charter Sales and Business Development to generate qualified leads 
  • Support corporate partnership initiatives and promotional packages 
  • Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and branded collateral 
  • Work with external vendors (agencies, photographers, designers, media partners) 
  • Oversee creation of marketing content including email campaigns, newsletters, and announcements 
  • Manage promotional launches and new service offerings 
  • Ensure messaging reflects Makers Air's premium hospitality experience 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience (travel, hospitality, aviation, or luxury services preferred) 
  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media strategy 
  • Experience managing campaigns from concept through performance analysis 
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms 
  • Ability to interpret data and translate into business decisions 
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills 

Preferred Experience
