Job description

Our Agency client is seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer / Video Editor to support fast-paced, high-volume content production across national retail, automotive, and entertainment brands. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative who thrives in production-heavy environments, with a strong focus on versioning, tagging, and multi-platform delivery. The ideal candidate brings a balance of editing expertise and motion graphics capability, along with experience working within structured brand systems and tight turnaround timelines. East Coast-based candidates are preferred for team collaboration and time zone alignment.
  • Rate: $75K-$80k
  • Location: Hybrid (3 days a week) in downtown Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities
  • Edit commercial, branded, and promotional video content for agency clients across retail, automotive, and entertainment sectors
  • Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and account teams to interpret creative briefs and execute against campaign objectives
  • Produce high volumes of deliverables, including multiple versions, cutdowns, and platform-specific assets while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Execute versioning and tagging workflows, including updates for pricing, offers, disclaimers, and regional variations
  • Design and animate 2D (and light 3D) motion graphics to support brand storytelling and enhance visual impact
  • Manage review cycles and feedback using tools like Frame.io, ensuring accurate and timely revisions
  • Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows, naming conventions, and delivery standards
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines, balancing multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics within an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team
  • Proven experience working on high-volume, versioned content for retail, automotive, or similarly fast-paced industries
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated ability to produce multiple asset variations at scale while maintaining brand consistency
  • Experience with tagging, localization, and templated workflows is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Frame.io or similar review and collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly in a fast-moving production environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
