Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily retail operations, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, coaching team members, and ensuring efficient store operations. The role helps create a positive shopping experience while developing employees and maintaining merchandising and visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the retail team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales performance through planning, execution, and business analysis.
  • Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operations.
  • Support merchandising, product presentation, and visual display standards.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Maintain efficient store processes and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience.

  • Ability to analyze reports and identify business opportunities.
