Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Visual Designer position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week
Duration: 2+ years, with possibility for extension

Overview:

  • The Visual Designer is responsible for transforming product, solution, campaign, and thought leadership content into compelling visual experiences that drive engagement, understanding, and business outcomes.
  • As part of the Creative Studio within the in-house marketing model, this role develops creative concepts and executes visual assets that support global product marketing, sales enablement, digital experiences, customer storytelling, demand generation, executive communications, and brand programs.
  • Unlike traditional production-focused design roles, the Visual Designer helps translate marketing objectives into scalable visual systems that can be reused across business units, geographies, and channels. The role combines creative thinking, visual storytelling, brand stewardship, and production excellence to support high-volume content delivery while maintaining creative quality and consistency.

Duties:

  • Develop original creative concepts for product, solution, campaign, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Translate marketing briefs and objectives into visual narratives that clearly communicate business value.
  • Collaborate with content writers, product marketers, creative leadership, and campaign teams to bring stories to life visually.
  • Create visual assets that support global product marketing, sales enablement, digital experiences, customer storytelling, demand generation, executive communications, and brand programs.
  • Design assets that simplify complex technical topics for commercial audiences.
  • Produce scalable creative work, including digital assets, presentations, social assets, infographics, localization-ready master files, and reusable design systems.
  • Develop visual systems that can be reused across business units, geographic regions, and channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas that improve audience engagement and brand differentiation.
  • Support high-volume content delivery while maintaining creative quality, brand consistency, and production excellence.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
