Position Summary
The Graphic Design Intern will help to create and edit visual assets for the UNM Department of Music. This includes posters, social media graphics, light photo editing/retouching, and other relevant tasks. Knowledge of visual design, knowledge of the music industry and terminology, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and timeliness are required for this position. The work is expected to take 10 hours per week to meet the requirements of the internship.
This position includes a department iPad which can be used when needed to complete the work.
Proficiency with Adobe design software or similar products is required. Knowledge of digital and print publishing best practices is helpful.
The Graphic Design Intern will work under the supervision of the Keller Hall Production Manager, and can work remotely when needed. A workspace is available in CFA 2134 for working on campus.

Knowledge of visual design, knowledge of the music industry and terminology, clear communication skills, attention to detail, and timeliness are required for this position.
