Senior Designer

Full-Time, Salaried Position

Onsite 5x/week

Location: Jacksonville, FL (no exceptions)

Salary: $75K

About the Role

Our client is a home product seller. They use earth-friendly products to create remarkable pieces such as fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, wood-burning stoves, etc. They are seeking an enthusiastic an experienced designer to join the team full-time.


This role values forward-thinking candidates who are exploring or currently using artificial intelligence (AI) tools to elevate creative output, streamline workflows, and inspire innovation.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Execution: Develop and deliver high-quality designs for a variety of projects including print materials, digital ads, social content, email campaigns, product brochures, sales tools, presentations, e-mail campaigns, and more.

Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand strategy and engage target audiences.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to bring creative solutions to life that support business goals.

Production Oversight: Prepare press-ready files, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the accuracy and quality of all final deliverables.

Creative Innovation: Take part in concept development and brainstorming sessions. Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance performance and brand engagement—including the use of generative design tools and AI-assisted creative platforms.

Project Ownership: Manage multiple design projects with efficiency and flexibility, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities with ease.



Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: 3–5 years of design experience (agency, in-house, freelance, or internship), with a proven track record of delivering results across both digital and print platforms.

Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential; experience with Figma, Canva, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, or Midjourney is highly valued.

Portfolio: A diverse portfolio that shows design ability, creative thinking, and versatility across media platforms and channels.
