P&G BeautyHouse is looking for a Designer to join our Beauty Care team.

As a BeautyHouse Designer within P&G, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, consisting of 2D package design, Instore, and digital activation. As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver established design concepts to finished executions. You will need an overall understanding of the creative design process to bring your ideas to life. You will collaborate with other likeminded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support the business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • With a hands-on approach you will build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
  • Be accountable for excellent execution.

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
  • 2-6 years of full-time design work experience (outside of freelance work).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in design principles and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving and technical mastery.
  • Must have a Passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category.
  • Uses Empathy and non-linear thinking: Must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.
  • Experience in designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.
  • Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and a familiarity with AI-enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, enhancing ideation speed and creativity. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices with multi-functional partners. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
  • Flexible in an environment of constant change. Able to engage and influence across functional partners.
  • Disciplined with superior time and project management skills; possess the ability to set priorities and be accountable.
  • Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
