Purpose of Position
A Senior Visual Designer is a visual storyteller for the NetJets luxury travel brand and its affiliated brands. This role is responsible for designing and executing creative from concepts to final deliverable for a broad range of marketing materials supporting prospect acquisition, Owner retention, events, and internal communications. This individual should be able to lead the visual representation of the NetJets brand and its subsidiaries across internal and external channels following established brand guidelines and translate design across various deliverables (both print and digital). This role requires the strong ability to work independently and take direction from senior leadership with little oversight. Has strong problem-solving skills, is detail oriented, models behavior for junior members of the team, and shows strong collaborative qualities. This role will work successfully with other members of the Marketing team to produce high-quality assets that best represent our brand and meet NetJets' visual standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities
70% Creative Concepting Work
Develop, create, and produce print and digital designs for the NetJets Brand and subsidiaries, including collateral pieces, emails, digital media production, event production, and campaign concepting. Work with senior leadership to finalize details and final output.
20% Production Design Work
Taking existing designs or templates and modifying for final production
10% Manage workflow to make and meet deadlines.
