Summary:

Life Fellowship is looking for a passionate and highly skilled Graphic Designers to join our fast-paced and creative team. This is more than a design job-it's an opportunity to use your gifts to help share Christ in our city and beyond . You'll play a key role in shaping the visual voice of Life Fellowship across both print and digital platforms, working on everything from weekend messages to major events, ministry campaigns, social media, and beyond.

General Duties:

Creative Design & Conception:

  • Bring creative ideas to life through compelling visual concepts that support ministry objectives, brand guidelines, and audience needs
  • Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and the creative team to brainstorm, problem-solve, and design assets that move people toward action and engagement

Effective Visual Communication:

  • Design with clarity and purpose, using typography, color, photography, layout, and motion to communicate key messages with excellence and impact.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Maintain consistency across all platforms and materials while pushing creative boundaries that elevate and evolve the Life Fellowship brand
  • Help ensure every design reflects the heart, tone, and values of who we are as a church

Project Management:

  • Juggle multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity
  • Work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to keep communication clear and deliverables on track
  • Production & File Prep:
  • Prepare final files for print and digital use with excellence in accuracy, resolution, and formatting
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure top-tier production quality for all deliverables


Skills/Experience:

  • A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, skill, and range across both digital and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics, Canva, or Figma is a plus
  • Strong understanding of design principles, brand development, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Fully aligned with the vision, values, and beliefs of Life Fellowship
  • Active participation in Life Fellowship or your current church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community). Upon hiring, it is our expectation that you and your family (if applicable) make Life Fellowship your home church.
