This role will transform complex information into compelling visual narratives that enhance leadership decision-making and operational awareness. What You'll Be Owning: * Lead development of advanced dashboards, visualizations, and interactive reporting solutions. * Design and maintain SharePoint and web-based communication platforms. * Translate complex datasets into intuitive visual products, charts, maps, and infographics. * Provide technical and creative leadership for graphic design and visualization initiatives. * Support executive-level briefings and strategic communications efforts. * Mentor junior visualization specialists and ensure adherence to branding and communication standards. What You Must Have: * Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph. * 10+ years of experience in graphic design, data visualization, multimedia development, or related field. * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Software Engineering, or related field. * Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with SharePoint, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience creating dashboards, charts, maps, and interactive visual products. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
