Job Title: Enterprise Change & Digital Adoption Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Enterprise Change & Digital Adoption Manager to lead technology adoption, communications, and knowledge strategies across two critical enterprise priorities: a massive ERP Transformation and a high-profile Workplace/Building Relocation.
This role is responsible for driving awareness, readiness, and sustained adoption of new digital systems and physical workplace experiences. You will act as the bridge between Technology, HR, and Facilities, translating complex technical shifts into engaging, scalable communication and knowledge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Change Leadership & Strategy: Apply structured organizational change management (OCM) frameworks (e.g., Prosci) to drive behavioral change and system awareness across the enterprise.
• ERP Transformation (50%): Lead the adoption strategy for a multi-phase ERP implementation. Simplify complex system architecture changes into clear, actionable messaging for the general employee population.
• Workplace Transformation (50%): Partner cross-functionally to enable "new ways of working," including smart workplace tools and hybrid office transitions. Build onboarding resources for new physical environments and relocation initiatives.
• Strategic Communications: Develop integrated communication plans in partnership with executive leadership. Align messaging through the appropriate "trusted voices" and digital channels to ensure consistency.
• Knowledge & Enablement: Advance centralized knowledge platforms (Intranets/SharePoint) to ensure content is user-centered and accessible. Enable a global network of "Change Champions" through tools and workshops.
• Metrics & Analysis: Define and track success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and employee readiness to optimize future rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience leading communications for ERP implementations and corporate relocations/workplace transformations.
• Change Management: Deep expertise in organizational change management; Prosci or CCMP certification is highly preferred.
• Communication Design: Exceptional visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in creating compelling presentations, infographics, and multimedia content.
• Technical Aptitude: * Advanced proficiency in SharePoint and Project Management tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) for visual communication.
• Ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple, engaging messaging.
