Job description

At Prologis, we don't just lead the industry-we define it with a 1.3 billion square foot portfolio and an annual throughput of approximately $3.2 trillion. We create the intelligent infrastructure that powers global commerce, seamlessly connecting the digital and physical worlds. From agile supply chains to energy solutions, our ecosystems help your business move faster, operate smarter and grow sustainably. With unmatched scale, innovation and expertise, Prologis is a category of one-not just shaping the future of logistics but building what comes next.
Job Title:
Lead Designer - Client Services, Strategic Capital
Company:
Prologis
A day in the life
We believe great design does more than look beautiful. It creates clarity, builds confidence and helps ideas land.
Strategic Capital's Client Services team is responsible for how one of the world's largest private real estate investment platforms communicates with investors. Through presentations, reports, fundraising materials, events and digital communications, we help tell the story of Prologis' global business and the trends shaping logistics real estate.
We're looking for a Lead Designer to own and evolve Strategic Capital's visual communication ecosystem.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who still loves designing. While you'll help establish design standards, presentation systems and creative best practices, you'll spend the majority of your time creating exceptional work. Think less creative director and more senior designer with broad ownership: someone who enjoys making great work while helping raise the bar for the team.
You'll partner closely with Prologis Research, Fund Management, Sustainability, Sales, Global Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and our Information Graphics Editor to ensure every communication is strategically aligned, visually exceptional and unmistakably Prologis.
We are equally interested in preserving craftsmanship and exploring innovation. This role will help shape where emerging technologies, including AI and automation, can improve efficiency and where thoughtful human creativity continues to make the greatest difference.
Key responsibilities
  • Design and produce investor-facing communications across presentations, reports, fundraising materials and executive communications
  • Create marketing, event and digital communications, including email campaigns, advertisements, signage and other collateral
  • Own and evolve Strategic Capital's PowerPoint ecosystem, including templates, slide libraries, design standards and reusable assets
  • Design scalable presentation systems that improve consistency, efficiency and quality across product lines and communication channels
  • Partner closely with the Information Graphics Editor to integrate quantitative and qualitative storytelling into cohesive investor communications
  • Partner with Global Marketing to ensure alignment with Prologis' evolving brand standards while helping shape Strategic Capital's visual identity
  • Provide light video editing and production support, including updates to existing video assets, lower thirds, animated logos and recurring content updates
  • Support project coordination and creative workflows, helping manage timelines, assets and production across multiple concurrent projects
  • Stay current on developments in design tools, presentation technology and AI-enabled creative workflows

What you bring
  • 7+ years of experience in presentation design, brand design, marketing communications or a related discipline
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, visual storytelling and communication design
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise, including the ability to design original templates, build scalable presentation systems and create exceptional executive-level presentations from concept to delivery
  • Exceptional command of typography, hierarchy, composition, color and visual storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience working in Figma and other modern collaborative design tools
  • Experience designing scalable design systems, templates and reusable creative assets
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the ability to update existing video assets and create simple motion graphics
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset, growth mentality and commitment to continuous improvement

Nice to have
  • Experience working in investor communications, financial services, consulting, real estate or other complex B2B industries
  • Familiarity with UX design principles
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Location
Hybrid. Two to three days in the New York office each week, with the remaining days remote if preferred.
Application requirements
Please include both a resume and a portfolio demonstrating your presentation design, brand systems, marketing communications and creative problem-solving work.
Hiring Salary Range: $91,000-125,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
