Come join a company that strives for Extraordinary People and Exceptional PerformanceEagle One Solutions, Inc., a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for an experienced Communications Specialist to define, design, and implement communications strategy and programs within the organization. This individual will work closely with various business departments to ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively and will be responsible for reviewing and editing communications submitted for organizational issues. This role works across multiple teams and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver communications that support program rollouts, workforce engagement, and adoption of new tools and processes.  The Communications Specialist will evaluate and assist in establishing standard operating procedures. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, execution, content organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement  
  • Lead stakeholder communications planning and outreach activities for enterprise initiatives and tool deployments across multiple programs and teams 
  • Develop audience-focused messaging for end users, operational teams, and leadership 
  • Monitor feedback and respond to inquiries across internal communications channels 
  • Visual Design & Content Development   
  • Develop, update, organize, and maintain communications materials and content assets, including messaging, web content, presentations, briefing materials, flyers, and leadership talking points 
  • Create and adapt visual communication assets, including graphics, branded materials, and presentation visuals 
  • Design and format communications content for SharePoint and internal communications channels 
  • Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging communication materials 
  • Digital Channels & SharePoint Management  
  • Own and maintain enterprise communications channels, including SharePoint sites and related digital platforms 
  • Maintain structured content libraries and reusable communications resources to support ongoing and future initiatives.   
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human communications, business administration, public relations, or related field 
  • 7 years of relevant experience  
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Strong coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging 
  • Active Secret clearance 
  • Experience working in federal human capital management organizations
