Near North Title Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing amp; Design Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about graphic design and branding while also enjoying the variety of marketing projects that support a fast-paced, collaborative organization. As our Marketing amp; Design Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating engaging print and digital marketing materials that strengthen our brand, support our sales teams, and help tell the Near North story. From social media graphics and presentations to trade show materials, brochures, and recruiting campaigns, you'll play a key role in shaping our visual identity.

What You'll Do
  • Design engaging print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, promotional items, recruiting materials, and sales collateral.
  • Create visually compelling graphics that maintain and strengthen the Near North brand across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative solutions that support business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain templates, brand assets, logos, and design libraries.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage incoming marketing requests and communicate project timelines with stakeholders.
  • Support company events, sponsorships, trade shows, office openings, acquisitions, and community initiatives through creative marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns through Constant Contact.
  • Coordinate with print vendors and promotional product suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality production.
  • Organize marketing assets, collateral inventory, and digital resources, including SharePoint and Canva.
  • Help maintain the company's social media presence and support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on design trends, technology, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design or marketing design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
