Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL databases, and version control systems like Git is typically required. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication are valuable soft skills that enhance performance in this role. These skills ensure the development of reliable, maintainable applications and facilitate collaboration within development teams.

Visual Basic developers are professionals who use the Visual Basic programming language to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Visual Basic is known for its simplicity and is often used for building Windows-based applications, automating tasks, and creating user-friendly interfaces. These developers work with businesses to automate processes, integrate systems, and solve complex problems using Visual Basic within environments like Microsoft Office or standalone applications.

What are some common challenges Visual Basic developers face when maintaining legacy applications?

Visual Basic developers often encounter challenges such as outdated codebases, limited documentation, and compatibility issues with modern systems when maintaining legacy applications. Many of our clients consider our work to be the ‘gold standard.’ Some clients have used our services for over twenty years. We are a technology company, but our focus is on people – our customers and our employees. - Willing to drive company truck to deliver equipment to local customers and venues.

- Work with and occasionally manage other tradespeople such as local labor providers.
- Refurbish and put away equipment to keep warehouse organized.

- Consistently use inventory tools to manage equipment.
- Able to follow packing and refurbish procedures.
- Able to keep up with details and multitask.

The skills you learn in the warehouse will enable you to be promoted to a technician in the field or possibly a project manager. We believe our success is grounded in your success and career growth.
