Job description

Paragon is seeking an Assembly Technician I to join our Fort Worth, Texas team! This role will be responsible for performing repairs and assembly of a wide variety of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and mechanical components.


Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret drawings and schematics, work on written procedures.
  • Construct and assemble panels from layout to completion.
  • Perform mounting and wiring of electrical components.
  • Inspection of sub-components and electronic sub-assemblies (e.g.: dimensions, weights, visual).
  • Assist with assembly of other products as required.
  • Use of multi-meter and insulation tester.


Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of related hands-on technical background/testing experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least wiring, routing, and electronic experience.
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed.
  • Electrical and or mechanical assembly experience.
  • Assembly manufacture background strongly required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience working with hand tools.
