Overview:

The Visual Warehouse Associate position supports the daily operations of our visual warehouse, studio photography space, and installation projects. The role includes managing deliveries, maintaining an organized warehouse environment, assisting with local and out-of-state installs, and ensuring smooth product flow across departments. This team member plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently, communicating updates clearly, and supporting various Studio McGee initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and communicating updates on deliveries 
  • Packing, Moving, and Delivery to local installs and photoshoots  
  • Travel out of state shoots with the box truck when needed 
  • Enter and receive transfer orders in Netsuite system 
  • Weekly transfer order pick up to and from Fullfillment Center 
  • Inspect products for defect and damages and report where needed 
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles 
  • Weekly and Daily warehouse cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor 
  • Supports studio photography space, weekly floor cleaning, product flow and overall cleanliness 
  • Effectively communicate daily updates to warehouse supervisor & manager 
  • Document warehouse or shipment damages 
  • Building and moving of furniture  
  • Effective cross team communication and meeting department deadlines 
  • Setup and take down of warehouse events and meetings 
  • Maintain flexibility in daily schedule to assist and coordinate with other departments to fulfill their requests 
  • Pull products as necessary for studio shoots, new projects, installs, and shipments
