Job description

Churchill Residential is lookingfor a Community Director for Evergreen at Vista Ridge a 120-unit Senior Livingcommunity. This position is responsible foroverseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residentialproperty by providing excellent customer service each day. Thisposition is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accountingsystems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines andconform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. At least 3 years' experience in a property manager position. CAMcertification preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Officeproducts and Yardi is required. Valid Texas Driver's license and requiredauto insurance.
