Job description

Kelly Services is seeking a personable and dependable Visitor Ambassador to support our client’s Visitor Center team in Lawrenceburg, KY. In this frontline role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable, high-quality experience. You’ll help with retail and hospitality operations and work collaboratively within a dynamic setting.Location: Lawrenceburg, KY
Pay: $16.95/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 11:15 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and guide visitors, process sales, reservations, and retail transactions
  • Handle cash, maintain inventory, and support merchandise displays
  • Assist with guest inquiries, facility tours, and resolve customer concerns
  • Support event set-up, logistics, and maintain facility cleanliness
  • Participate in marketing activities; uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Process online orders as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
  • Must be 21+ (or 18+ depending on state/local regulations)
  • Excellent communication, math, and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background and drug screening
  • Occasional travel for meetings or training
  • No supervisory responsibilities
Preferred:
  • Experience in tourism, visitor services, or sales
  • Product knowledge a plus
