Job description

Position: Acupuncturist
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Holistic Health Manager
Position Description: Responsible for providing acupuncture services to clients at Holistic Health.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide acupuncture services to Holistic Health clients as scheduled by the Wellness staff
  • Assist clients in understanding the services offered at Holistic Health
  • Consult the client about their medical history and the reason for their visit
  • Give advice on lifestyle habits such as sleep, exercise, and diet to improve client's physical health
  • Create a plan of care that focuses on the client's overall health and wellbeing
  • Help with payments for Holistic Health products and services
  • Clean and organize treatment rooms between clients; includes sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
  • Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes
  • Coordinate with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure all tasks are being completed
