Job Summary
The University of North Georgia, Department of Nursing is accepting applications for a full-time faculty member for the graduate nursing programs. Preference will be given to candidates with graduate nursing academic teaching experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for teaching graduate nursing students enrolled in the Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs.
  • This position includes expectations for teaching, scholarship and service.
  • Responsibilities include didactic, clinical, and/or laboratory instruction and clinical site visits in regional health care settings.
  • Teaching schedule may require some travel to clinical sites in the metro-Atlanta area and North Georgia region.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate in nursing (DNP or PhD).
  • Current license in Georgia as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult/ Gero Nurse Practitioner.
