About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Engineer (Vision System) to join our team. In this role, you will participate in the entire lifecycle of automated vision systems, from installation to field setup and maintenance, supporting state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for vision systems used in secondary battery manufacturing processes.

  • Inspect vision equipment performance and proactively address quality issues.

  • Optimize system parameters based on specific process conditions.

  • Recommend system operations and improvement strategies based on client requirements.

  • Support the installation, setup, and commissioning of new vision systems.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or higher required; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related engineering fields preferred.

  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred.

  • Experience: 0–1 years of experience (Experience in secondary battery, automotive, or electronics manufacturing is a plus).

  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
