Branch Manager:
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, collections, and team development.
This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed.

  • Holding coworkers to clear expectations and addressing performance directly
  • Having direct conversations with customers about payments
  • Operating in a structured, metric-driven environment
  • Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
