Job description

Salary Range: $25.00-$32.00/hr

Shift: CNC Machinist ' 1st Shift (4:00am-2:30pm)

 

Key Responsibilities:

'        Manufacture products in accordance withEngineering drawings

'        Adhere to all department and Companyquality standards

'        Check product dimensions utilizingproper equipment

'        Refer any issues regarding the CNCLathe area to senior leads or supervisors

'        Assure compliance to all department andCompany quality standards

'        Record, as required, all productivityon Company system

'        Clean and maintain machinery accordingto department and Company standards

'        Adhere to all Company safetyregulations

The ability to communicate inEnglish (reading, writing, and speaking)
*May be required to participate in and/or conduct regular department trainings


 BasicQualifications

'        3+ years of operation experience withCNC Lathes (such as Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan, etc.).

'        Ability to learn to set-up a CNC lathe(including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off of tools/establishingoffsets, reading of manufacturing drawings, and first article buy-off) on FANUCor OSP (Okuma) controls.

'        Employees must be legally authorizedto work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will berequired at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for thisposition.

'        This position entails access toexport-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon anapplicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
