The Customer Service Representative role is an onsite position within our Footwear Division in Portland, Oregon. Reporting directly to the Commercial Sales Operations Director, this role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day sales order entry activities
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone which includes order details such as: price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.
โ€ข Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
โ€ข Maintain customer emails and faxes.
โ€ข Contribute to the team by offering inside sales support by relaying appropriate information to the sales representative.
โ€ข File purchase orders daily, to ensure the company is following guidelines.
โ€ข Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
โ€ข Perform administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.

โ€ข Attention to detail: very detailed oriented and has a history of not making errors.
