Job Description

Position Summary

Visa Destinations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to support the execution and growth of Visa's global travel benefits and experiences platform. This role supports content publishing, AI-enabled customer experiences, competitive analysis, and cross-functional program execution to help bring travel offers, destination experiences, and cardholder benefits to market across multiple regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain exposure to product management, program management, digital marketing, content operations, AI, and customer experience while working on a highly visible global initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage content through the end-to-end publishing lifecycle, from intake through publication.
  • Review intake requests and refine content to align with Visa brand standards, tone, quality guidelines, and customer experience best practices.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publishing activities across Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Regional teams.
  • Manage translation workflows, localization requests, and content updates across global markets.
  • Track publishing schedules, launch readiness activities, operational milestones, and action items.
  • Leverage AI tools to draft, refine, and optimize customer-facing content and operational processes.
  • Support enhancements to Visa Destinations' AI-powered chatbot by analyzing customer inquiries, support escalations, and content gaps.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of travel benefits, cardholder experiences, offers, loyalty programs, and destination platforms.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, status reports, and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, content quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 -2 years of relevant work experience, internship experience, or project-based experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly process-oriented work with accuracy and consistency.

  • Strong written communication, editing, and content review skills.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

  • Interest in AI, digital products, travel, hospitality, consumer marketing, or customer experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global environment.

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones.

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.



Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $97,800.00 to $ 152,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
