Family Nurse Practitioner Virtual Care

Job Duration: 6+ months (possibilities of extension) Shift: 8 hour shifts (12pm-8:30pm, 1:00pm-9:30pm, or 2:30pm-11:00pm) Job Location: Charlestown, MA 02129 Pay Range- $52 - $56.48/hr

Required state licensure - FL, MA, OH - at least 1 of these states is required

Additional licensure in these states desired - DE, DC, KS, KY, MD, ME, NH, RI, VT

FT or PT evening hours, with every other weekend and some holiday hours required

Position Summary
  • The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers high-quality patient care through a remote telehealth platform.
  • Working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, the provider delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, medication management, and care planning for patients 18 months of age and older.
  • All patient encounters are documented in the electronic health record (EHR). The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Enterprise Initiative Lead.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of medically relevant clinical experience
  • Primary care experience preferred
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Comfortable practicing independently
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Education
  • Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification
  • Active state licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
