Compensation:

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Graphic Design & Branding – Design print and digital marketing materials, flyers, listing presentations, and event promotions that reflect our brokerage’s brand.

  • Website Management – Maintain and update our WordPress website with fresh content, blog posts, and new property listings; optimize for SEO and user experience.

  • Social Media Marketing – Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive brand awareness and agent engagement.

  • Email & Campaign Management – Design and send email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and agent communications.

  • Creative Strategy & Vision – Work with leadership to develop marketing campaigns that grow brand recognition and recruit top talent.

  • Event Marketing Support – Assist with marketing materials for open houses, training events, and community outreach.

  • Reporting & Analytics – Track engagement, provide insights, and recommend ways to improve marketing performance.


Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of marketing, design, or communications experience (real estate marketing a plus).

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or CanvaWordPress, and social media management tools.

  • Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required if experience is strong.

  • AI & CRM knowledge.

Experience:
