• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments through virtual sessions and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting these methods to the remote settings and unique needs of your clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation within secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual consultations and team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to enhance clinical effectiveness and ensure superior patient care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources, utilizing a variety of digital communication tools for effective outreach and engagement.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest mental health research and integrating newfound knowledge into your clinical practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and various other mental health issues. Through remote therapy, you will provide a supportive and accessible environment where clients can feel safe to express their challenges and work towards their therapeutic goals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in solution-based therapies and able to adapt methods to a virtual delivery format.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients remotely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges inherent in remote practice.
• Self-motivated and able to function independently while working collaboratively with a virtual team.

Experience with evidence-based interventions, familiarity with EHR systems, and a background in telehealth settings will be advantageous. Candidates who have worked with addiction recovery or in detox center environments will be particularly valued for this role.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
