Globe Life is growing its team of remote Benefits Advisors serving union members and working families in the Worcester area. The people you'll be working with have already requested information about their benefits — your job is to follow up and walk them through their options over Zoom. No cold calling, no door knocking.

The day-to-day:

  • 100% remote, work from home
  • All client meetings conducted virtually over Zoom
  • Set your own schedule — you're in control
  • Full training from day one, no experience required
  • MA state insurance license required — we guide you through the entire process

You're a fit if you:

  • Follow through and do what you say you'll do
  • Are self directed and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
  • Feel comfortable on video calls and basic technology
