• Perform comprehensive virtual assessments using specialized teletherapy software to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the digital environment.
• Regularly attend virtual team meetings to collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, discussing case progress, refining treatment strategies, and adhering to best practices for ethical and effective teletherapy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in webinars and training sessions focused on the latest trends and techniques in digital mental health counseling.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations governing telemedicine practices.

Your clients will be individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking support and guidance through various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By building meaningful therapeutic relationships with your patients, you will play a crucial role in their journey toward recovery and emotional wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and appropriate California license/certification for providing psychotherapeutic treatment, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly in remote engagement using virtual platforms like Zoom or Skype.
• Proficiency in using virtual therapy tools and software, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.

While a minimum of two years of direct experience working with individuals facing emotional difficulties is required, we prefer candidates who have additional experience in teletherapy or digital health services.
