Job description

Overview Chemours is seeking a North America Import & Export Coordinator to support supply chain functions in Wilmington, DE. The role reports to the TSS Americas Supply Chain Manager and coordinates inbound and outbound product movements within North America, working with cross‐functional teams. Responsibilities Monitor orders, shipments, and deliveries outbound from North America and inbound to North America. Troubleshoot day‐to‐day order fulfillment and logistics issues on U.S. sourced shipments, including SAP transactional activities and training as needed (e.g., annual refresher U.S. Import Training with BDP). Facilitate weekly U.S. export open‐order review meetings with updates to the TSS matrix. Participate in monthly Regional Order Fulfillment Network meetings. Complete appropriate filing for imports based on regulatory requirements. Ensure Import/Export Compliance and lead analysis/root‐cause corrective action for U.S. Import & Export non‐conformances. Lead analysis and review of monthly U.S. Supplier Metrics. Refresh and maintain Duty Drawback. Support Change to Business activities related to Import/Export shipments. Collect VOC for the Annual Global Ocean RFP. Initiate customer complaint investigations in Salesforce as needed. Participate and drive simplification initiatives that streamline work processes and improve customer experience. Work on initiatives to improve Chemours' business process/tools platform (e.g., Project44 Ocean Superuser). Oversee product shipments out of the U.S. virtual warehouse, including monitoring, creating/completing paperwork, and communicating with logistics and commercial teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 3‐5 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, or Sourcing. Proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system. Solid technical skills in Microsoft Office and SAPBW. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with great attention to detail. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and quickly learn new processes. Proactive, a good team player, willing to learn, and able to take extra responsibility. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross‐functional setting. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of logistics and hazardous materials handling. Good knowledge of import/export process – booking, customs clearance, documentation.
