- Document patient visits in real-time during virtual or recorded dental consultations
- Accurately enter clinical notes into dental EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)
- Record patient history, chief complaints, treatment plans, and procedure details
- Assist in chart preparation before appointments (reviewing patient records, previous notes, and treatment history)
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation following provider instructions
