Data Entry Clerk - Contract Opportunity (Onsite | Newark, NJ)
Trustpoint.One is excited to partner with a respected Plaintiff side Mass Torts legal services provider in Newark, NJ, in search of four detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks. This onsite, contract role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the legal field and be part of a thriving, mission-driven practice. The project is expected to start asap and last 2-3 weeks. Schedule is 9 am - 6 pm EST.
About the Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a key role in transcribing handwritten client forms, entering accurate data into PDFs and the firm's CRM system (Litify), and following up with clients by phone to clarify or complete any missing information.
Responsibilities:
  • Read and accurately transcribe handwritten client forms into digital PDFs.
  • Update and maintain client information in the CRM system (Litify).
  • Make outbound phone calls to clients to verify or gather missing information.
  • Ensure all data entered is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Work onsite at the firm's convenient Newark, NJ office.

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Excellent typing accuracy and speed.
  • Comfortable making client phone calls to gather information.
  • Ability to focus for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Experience with CRMs (Litify is a plus)
  • Background in medical or legal terminology is helpful, but not required.
  • Preferred background in legal.

Contract Details:
  • Full-time, onsite role based in Newark, NJ.
  • Initial contract duration: 2-3 weeks
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Pay range is expected to be 23-24/hr, commensurate with experience
