Job Summary:
HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking a Business Process Software Engineer to enhance client interactions on the Fidelity Private Shares platform. The role involves developing and supporting workflows, collaborating with technical leads and product managers, and exploring new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• hands-on in the developing, testing, delivery, and support of the workflows that drive our clients' interactions on the Fidelity Private Shares platform
• work closely with technical leads and product managers to support our customers and inform the product
• researching and developing new growth opportunities to expand on the strengths of the core technology
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript)
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
• Understanding and experience working with source code management, testing, and CI/CD processes and tools such as Github and Jenkins
• A passion for engineering excellence; a desire to empower and collaborate with your teammates; a willingness to learn; and adaptability to new and changing requirements
• A sense of ownership applying automation and tests to make sure code is robust as possible
• Ability and desire to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns
