The Associate Residency Counselor works in accordance with established policies and procedures of Park Springs and/or specific instruction from the Director of Sales. The Associate Residency Counselor’s primary responsibility is to perform all duties necessary to ensure a member’s smooth and efficient move to Independent Living. The Associate Residency Counselor is also responsible for all lead/member fulfillment including Sales Force reporting, the maintenance of all member files and preparation of all marketing and sales reports. The Associate Residency Counselor will when necessary and as time permits greet members and prospective buyers as well as direct incoming phone calls. The Associate Residency Counselor may be responsible for coordination of on and off site sales functions. The Associate Residency Counselor is responsible for the sales office as well as the sales models and there general content, cleanliness and overall preparedness. General typing and filing may be required.

Position Requirements

Ability to work well without direct supervision.

Must demonstrate good organizational skills.

Experience in sales or hospitality environment, where good communication and customer relations skills are essential.

Experience with computer skills: word processing (Word, Excel) and data entry.

Professional attire required at all times while working.

Must display a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude.

Maintain confidentiality of Members, prospective Members and their families.

Ability to travel as necessary.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements which may be inherent in the position.

Contacts and cultivates existing prospects to ascertain status, quality and interest. Distributes to Residency Counselor once qualified, interest expressed, and meaningful engagement occurs.

Receives, researches, inputs and assigns all initial inquiries.

Conducts all activities with web inquiries until such time as meaningful engagement occurs.

Manages, prepares for and sends invitations for scheduled virtual events featuring Park Springs Staff.

Conducts follow up activities with prospective and new members as needed by the Residency Counselors.

Records all personal prospect activity in Sales Force.

Coordinates prospective Member overnight stays.

Mails sales brochures, collateral, personal notes at the request of the Residency Counselors.

Compiles, coordinates and maintains reservation documents, agreements and supporting addendums needed for perspective members including data entry in Salesforce.

Ensures the highest level of customer service on the phone and in person while involved with any activity related to Park Springs.

Answers the phone, assists members, residents and guests with information, directions and other inquiries of a general nature as needed.

Serves as back-up to the Residency Counselor when needed.

Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
