Description

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a Trainer to develop training processes and materials for a large intel program in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. You will be responsible for planning, programming, and conducting instructional design; developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars; and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and revise complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature
  • Administer virtual trainings
  • Plan and build workshops and seminars
  • Create comprehensive distance learning presentations
  • Evaluate current trainings and procedures to improve training methods.


This position requires a certain amount of travel.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master's Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art, Graphic Design, Fine Art, Design Art, Computer Science or Computer Graphic Design/Computer Graphics and four (4) years of experience in media production is required
  • SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; Three (3) Years
  • Five (5) yrs training experience with digital signals processing
  • Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
  • Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
  • Experience with administrating virtual training
  • Ability to travel
  • C++ experience
