Job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client with hiring a Technician Support Representative in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Location:         Raleigh, North Carolina

Type:               Three-month contract to hire opportunity!

Schedule:        Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay:                 $19.00 to $21.00 an hour

Responsibilities of the Technician Support Representative:

·         Communicates with internal and external departments.

·         Answers inbound calls from Technical Support ACD lines.

·         Performs outbound calls as assigned.

·         Documents contacts and follow ups in system database.

·         Documents and reports on product trends and customer complaints.

·         Ensure accurate client information is documented and processed.

·         Maintains ISO and JCAHO standards.

·         Assists field representatives with technical and procedural issues.

·         Processes and distributes outbound data and paperwork.

·         Accurately complete Medicare Call logs and daily checklist.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

·         Maintains confidentiality of all records.

Qualifications of the Technician Support Representative:

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         Prior customer service experience

·         Knowledge of Medicare, private insurance/managed care is a plus

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
