• Conduct virtual counseling sessions through video chat, providing therapy and support to clients experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns.
• Facilitate open discussions to help clients explore and articulate their feelings, thoughts, and personal experiences impacting their mental health.
• Utilize clinical knowledge to assess client needs, identify issues, and develop tailored treatment plans through collaborative goal-setting.
• Employ solution-focused therapeutic techniques to empower clients in making positive life changes.
• Stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling and maintain accurate client records while minimizing administrative burdens.

You will primarily work with stable clients experiencing mild to moderate emotional and mental health challenges. Each client is carefully screened to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling, which allows you to concentrate on delivering exceptional care and support. Clients are diverse in background and circumstances, providing a rich tapestry of experiences for therapeutic engagement.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active, independent state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and formulate effective treatment recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and technology for therapy and documentation.

• Experience in a remote counseling environment is highly beneficial.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly in a telehealth context.
