This is a paid Internship with an hourly rate of $20/hr

Duration: December 2026 - August 2027

What You'll Do

No coffee runs here. You'll be actively involved in projects and initiatives that help shape GreenStone's future workforce.

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and background check processes.
  • Help create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support recruiting efforts to identify and attract top talent.

Internship Program Support

  • Assist with planning and coordinating GreenStone's internship program.
  • Help create engaging experiences that support intern development, networking, and career growth.

Career Fair & Campus Recruiting Coordination

  • Help plan and coordinate GreenStone's college recruiting and career fair season.
  • Assist with registrations, event logistics, materials, and candidate engagement activities.
  • Represent GreenStone's employer brand while building relationships with students and universities.

HR Team Collaboration

  • Partner with team members across Human Resources on projects and initiatives.
  • Support department goals through collaboration, organization, and creative problem-solving.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to help enhance recruiting and talent programs.

Requirements:

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
  • Strong interest in or prior experience working in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
