Balanced Life Counseling, LLC is seeking a skilled and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a virtual environment, emphasizing a holistic approach to patient well-being.
• Provide immediate virtual support and crisis intervention to families experiencing acute situations, employing evidence-based techniques to stabilize clients and resolve conflicts during online sessions.
• Utilize thorough virtual assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, continuously monitoring patient progress and modifying strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

Your clientele will consist of individuals and families facing a range of behavioral health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics and substance use disorders. By leveraging telehealth technology, you will be able to reach patients who may face challenges accessing traditional in-person services, ensuring that help is always available when and where it is needed most.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize telehealth software and other technological tools in a clinical context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients effectively in a virtual environment.

• Experience in group therapy facilitation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, alongside comprehensive assessment capabilities, will be advantageous.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
