  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, histories, and treatment goals, establishing groundwork for individualized care.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families using frameworks such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that not only address prevalent mental health issues but also foster community among participants.
  • Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's well-being.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
