Healthpro Pediatrics has a great Therapy Aid opportunity in Plant City/Ruskin, FL!
  • Coordinate Therapy Schedule with Virtual Speech Language Pathologist
  • Escort children to and from virtual session to computers to help with logins and manage behavior and attention for session
  • Setting up technology and trouble shooting
  • Facilitate communication with teachers regarding scheduling
  • Clerical duties of filing IEP Paperwork in Cumulative Files and Speech work folders. Training will be provided.
  • Pay $19-$20 (depending on experience)

We prefer someone with experience working with children, possible candidates who are currently in college pursuing degrees or certifications in Education, Early Childhood/Childcare, or getting their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Psychology possibly leading to working in therapeutic fields.

Qualifications
  1. Preferred but not requiredEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of speech language pathology assistant with an Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  2. Experience: One year experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant preferred.
  3. Skills: Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills
