Partner with VocoVision

VocoVision is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to Kโ€“12 students in Virginia. If you're passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and value the flexibility of working from home, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a remote school setting.

As a virtual SLP, you'll work closely with students, educators, and families using VocoVision's secure teletherapy platform to deliver high-quality speech and language services that support academic and personal success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual speech-language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and reassessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals while tracking student progress.
  • Complete accurate documentation, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and service logs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, school administrators, and families to support student outcomes.
  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and maintain consistent communication with school staff.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable providing therapy in a virtual environment and using teletherapy technology.
