Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings, carefully evaluating clients' mental health status and substance abuse histories to inform treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of your clients, fostering an open and engaging therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team, ensuring coordinated care that encompasses all aspects of the client’s health and wellness.
• Provide support and education to clients’ families, allowing for informed involvement in their loved ones' recovery processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate electronic health records, adhering to all regulatory requirements while ensuring client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with pre-screened, stable clients with low acuity needs. This role allows you to engage deeply with individuals who are seeking guidance, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact without the overwhelming pressures of high-acuity cases. Your clients will come from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of empathy and cultural competency in your counseling practice.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychology Doctorate (PsyD).
• A strong foundation of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficient in using technology to facilitate telehealth services, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, essential for documenting client progress and collaborating with team members.
• An engaging, warm, and empathic approach to counseling, ensuring clients feel respected and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing telehealth services to adolescents and young adults is highly desirable.
• A willingness to participate in ongoing training for our evidence-based care pathways, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Flexibility and comfort working in a remote capacity, with a reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
