Apprentices are mentored by experienced developers, participate in real projects, and gain hands-on experience using industry-standard tools and practices. The program typically combines online coursework with practical, on-the-job training, helping apprentices build a strong foundation in programming, problem-solving, and teamwork. Upon completion, apprentices are often well-prepared for entry-level software developer roles.
