As a Contract Instructional Coach serving Nebraska districts, you will bring your mastery of Secondary ELA to support teachers in elevating literacy outcomes for young learners.

Your work will include:

• Collaborating with teachers to strengthen ELA instruction

• Modeling lessons and providing actionable coaching feedback

• Conducting classroom observations and refining instructional practices

• Leading professional development for ELA strategies and standards

• Analyzing student data to guide instructional decisions

• Supporting schools with curriculum implementation
