Job description

NeuroCare Sales Specialist — Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales growth and profitability in a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
  • Build relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders; tailor solutions to key accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing; provide product and patient education.
  • Analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds.
  • Maintain call average per sales plan; achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute territory strategy and address market challenges.

Travel: Regular travel, including possible weekend or overnight.

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in related field).
  • Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
  • Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders in large academic/integrated health systems and specialty practices.
  • Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
  • Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states; new product launch experience.
  • Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.
  • Strong communication and leadership; ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual settings.
  • Background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
