Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN to support an EMR transition, requiring at least one year of Home Health experience and an active or pending Oregon RN license.

Details
  • Home Health setting supporting Providence at Home locations in the Mid-Willamette Valley
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Contract structured as three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live support
  • Training schedule includes in-person sessions Tuesday-Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday
  • Serves as preceptor providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff during go-live
  • Minimal bedside care expected, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation
Requirements
  • Active OR RN license required, pending license acceptable
  • At least one year of Home Health experience required
  • HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs
  • Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and training others
Additional Information
  • Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB PointCare, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools
